Wait is over for all cricket lovers as the most entertaining, thrilling and glamorous cricket tournament of all the times Pakistan Cricket League 2018 is just entering into last moments and the management of PSL have finally disclose the opening dates of the event. As per the schedule announced by the officials of PSL the event will kick off from 22 February 2018 and continues till 25th March 2018. Total six teams from all round the Pakistan will compete in this tournament and 30 matches including play offs and Final will be played in this event.

PSL 2018 Teams
As the PSL was 1st launched back in 2016 and total 5 cricket clubs were involved in that event. In current season after the recruitment of one new cricket franchises the numbers of cricket clubs are increased to six and the numbers of matches are also increased as per the requirement of the tournament. The participating teams of this event includes Peshawar Zalmi, Quetta Gladiators, Karachi Kings, Lahore Qalandars and Islamabad United whereas Multan Sultans is going to make their debut in this PSL season 2018.
Defending Champion of PSL
Well Peshawar Zalmi are going to defend their title of champions in the current season of Pakistan Cricket League whereas Islamabad United won the title of pioneer champions of this event. Quetta Gladiators are the only team who succeed to ended up as runner ups in both the seasons of Pakistan Cricket League.

PSL 2018 Venues:
This time Pakistan cricket board after making hard efforts bring back cricket into Pakistani stadiums and opposite to last season 4 different playing venues are selected to conduct all the matches of this event. The venues of PSL 2018 includes Dubai, Sharjah, Karachi and Lahore. As per the schedule both the Playoff matches will be hosted by Lahore whereas the Final match of this glamorous event will be conducted at Karachi.
PSL 2018 Opening Ceremony
The colorful opening ceremony of Pakistan Super League 2018 will be held on 22nd February 2018 at UAE. Pakistan Cricket Board has arranged very entertaining and eye catch ceremony for all cricket lovers and different performances by many national and international stars are expected in this program.
