Bolton Wanderers is currently facing massive £25 million loss and their current financial situation has create some serious issues regarding to their survival as the club has failed to pay wages of their staff and players  during the last few months whereas the annual expenditures of the club are also looking uncontrollable for the management .  Under such circumstances, the club has decided to make maximum free transfers in order to strengthen their club before jumping into 2019-20 season.

Due to massive financial problems it looks pretty hard for Bolton Wanderers to recruit some new players into their squad for 2019-20 season but the club has already appoint 11 new players during 2018-19 Summer Signings.
