Just In: Good News for all Pakistan Cricket team fans as PCB has decided to appoint Muhammad Amir and Asif Ali in the Final ICC World Cup 2019 squad. Pakistan Cricket team chief selector Inzamam-ul-Haq along with Head Coach Mickey Arthur has made this decision to include experienced pace bowler Muhammad Amir and aggressive batsman Asif Ali.
Muhammad Amir was dropped from Pakistan 15-member squad for World Cup 2019 due to his poor performance in recent ODI series and he was included in squad to play only against England in ODI series. But now Amir will appear in ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 as one of the main stream pace bowler for Pakistan.
The decision to include Muhammad Amir was made after Pakistan other pace bowlers has failed to display any kind of good performance in ODI series against England. Muhammad Amir will hopefully replace Faheem Ashraf who badly failed to prove himself in English conditions.
Asif Ali will also appear for Pakistan in World Cup 2019 and he will replace Abid Ali. Asif Ali has performed really well in currently ODI series against England as he scored 2 half centuries in this series and succeed to impressive selectors before the start of World Cup 2019.
Still the participation of Muhammad Amir in World Cup 2019 is suspicious as Amir is suffering from Chickenpox and he will need some time to recover and get back to his original form. But still selectors are hopeful regarding to his recovery.
Muhammad Amir is considered as one of the main pace bowler for Pakistan and his match winning performance in the Finals of ICC Champions Trophy is registered in the history of cricket. However Amir has failed to continue his good form after that event.
