Recently the chief selector of PCB Inzaman-ul-Haq has announced the 15-member Pakistan Cricket Team Squad for ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 and surprisingly Muhammad Amir has failed to make his space in the final squad of Pakistan for World Cup 2019.
The ICC Champions Trophy Finals hero Muhammad Amir on the behalf of this poor performance in recent few ODI series has been ruled out of Pakistan team squad and no doubt this news is not less than shock for all Amir’s fans.
Muhammad Amir although considered as main stream pace bowler of Pakistan has been continuously failed to impressive selectors for World Cup 2019 squad as Amir has taken just 4 wickets in last 14 ODI matches he played after ICC Champions Trophy.
As per news, Muhammad Amir will remain the part of Pakistan cricket team during their upcoming tour of England but as reserve player and it might be possible Amir will play any of 5 ODI’s scheduled against England in May 2019.
The left arm pace bowler Muhammad Amir has joined Pakistan International Cricket Team back in 2009 against Sri Lanka and become the most valuable player for his side especially in depth over of both ODI and T20 formats.
Muhammad Amir during his pro-career represents Pakistan in 43 ODI matches and 33 Test Matches whereas his bowling record is decorated with 58 wickets in ODI format and 107 wickets in his overall Test Career.
Muhammad Amir also known for his controversial Match Fixing scandal where he was found guilty of Match fixing back in 2011. At that time Amir on the behalf of sufficient evidences ruled out of International Cricket by ICC but after 5 years struggle Amir once again joined Pakistan cricket team few years back.
