Pak Players To Take Revenge, English Team In Confidence For 1st ODI

Pakistan after facing 7 wickets defeat in Only T20I played on 5th May 2019 is now buckling up to face strong England in 1st ODI match scheduled to be played on 8th May 2019 at Kennington Oval, London. Unlike T20 squad Pakistan would like to appoint their best ODI players to compete against England in the upcoming match.

England under the captaincy of Eoin Morgan who played exceptional match winning innings last night is hoping to continue their victorious performance in the upcoming matches of this series and no doubt their performance against Pakistan will also reflect their preparations for ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 two weeks ahead.

Comparison
In spotlight England holds very experienced as well as strong ODI squad but still the side highly depends on their main streaming batting line-up. However during last T20I England pace bowlers including JC Archer and TK Curran bowled really outstandingly and succeed to provide not even a single chance to Pakistan’s batsmen to open their arms.

Pakistan on the other hand of spectrum disappointed everyone with their performance in last T20I. Although Pakistan’s batting line-up had played above expectations but the bowling attack of this side looked completely failed in front of English batsmen.

Now Pakistan needs to review their game strategy before jumping into 1st ODI match and huge responsibility on the shoulders of Sarfraz Ahmed who now really wants something special and aggressive from his troops.

Pakistan pace bowler Muhammad Amir will be the key performer in the upcoming match and his performance will also help him to attract selectors and appear in Pakistan’s World Cup squad as currently Amir was dropped from final World Cup 2019 squad announced by the officials of Pakistan cricket board.
