The 5th and last ODI match between England vs Pakistan was played on 19th May 2019 at Leeds. England after winning the toss elected to bat 1st and scored 351 runs in 50 over. Pakistan pacers once again looked completely clueless in front of strong English batting line-up. England cricket team most reliable openers JM Vince and JM Bairstow came out to open up innings for their team in this crucial game. Pakistan got their 1st break throw in 7th over when JM Vince will hunted by Shaheen and F Zaman took his catch. Vince returned to pavilion while scored 33 runs,
England lost their 2nd wicket at the total of 105 runs and this time JM Bairstow was targeted by Imad Wasim and Bairstow departed from field while scored 32 runs. At this stage JE Root and Eoin Morgan played really well and took their team total to 222 runs in 30th over of the match.
English skipper Morgan after playing brilliant knock of 76 runs bowled out by Shaheen Afridi and returned to pavilion. At the total of 257 runs England lost their 4 wicket and this time most settled batsmen JE Root was hunted by Hasnain and Root scored highest 84 runs for his team.
England lost their few wickets in quick sessions especially in the depth over of their innings. Pakistan pace bowlers revived back strongly in their last few over but still England succeed to score huge 351 runs in their 50 over while lost their 9 wickets.
